<p>London, UK - October 14, 2011: Ontology Systems
(www.ontology.com), the semantic search technology provider for
Enterprise Data Alignment, has been recognised in a new Gartner
report: '<em>Market Insight: Improving CSP Customer Experience with
New Monitoring Solutions'*&nbsp; w</em>hich investigates the market
for "customer experience monitoring" (CXM) solutions for
communications service providers (CSPs) - defining the term,
listing the players and looking at what is driving the market.</p>

<p>The report finds that many communications service providers
(CSPs) have discovered the financial benefits of improving the
customer's experience and are looking to gain further competitive
edge with new initiatives. However, CSPs will require an on-going
stream of new customer experience improvements to set them apart
from their competitors - and Gartner expect CXM to form part of the
delivery of these improvements.</p>

<p>Benedict Enweani, CEO and founder of Ontology Systems,
commented: "Gartner clearly recognises the challenges faced by CSPs
in leveraging their OSS/BSS to better understand and manage
customers. Ontology 3 was designed to enable CSPs to search and
align valuable knowledge from their customer, service and network
data that is distributed across their operational, business and
infrastructure systems."</p>

<p>Enweani continued: "We believe inclusion in a second Gartner
report** focused on CEM within a month is a great affirmation of
our product and a huge testament to the benefits we have delivered
to our CSP customers."</p>

<p>Four key finding of the report are:</p>

<ul>
<li>CXM solutions often form one part of a vendor's "customer
experience management" product set - providing the customer insight
that other elements of the solution then act on.</li>

<li>Future solutions will increasingly tie together data from
across CSP back-office systems and potentially from equipment
outside of the CSP.</li>

<li>To date, most CXM solutions have focused on solving the most
pressing CSP issues such as the monitoring of mobile broadband and
video quality to ensure good basic customer experience around these
bandwidth-hungry new services.</li>

<li>Gartner expect some CXM vendors to become aggregators -
collating and analyzing data from multiple operations support
system (OSS) and business support system (BSS) sources to provide
an improved single view of the customer's experience to the
CSP.</li>
</ul>

product, and discuss the benefits of Ontology 3 semantic search for
their OSS/BSS data alignment challenges.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Benedict Enweani, CEO and founder of Ontology Systems,
commented: "This is our second consecutive year at the conference
and we are looking forward to engaging with the delegates in a
debate about the way they find and align customer, equipment and
service information. &nbsp;CSPs are spending vast sums of money
attempting to do this via integration but getting usable results is

<p>London, UK - September 15, 2011: Ontology Systems
(www.ontology.com), the semantic search technology provider for
Enterprise Data Alignment, has been recognised in a new Gartner
report: '<em>Market Trends: Worldwide, OSS and BSS Help Bridge the
Customer Experience Gap, 2011'</em> - a comprehensive analysis of
the preparedness of Communications service providers (CSPs)
existing operations support system (OSS) and business support
system (BSS) infrastructures to manage the need to gain better
insights into customer behaviour and act on them.</p>

<p>The report finds that CSPs need to be able to manage
infrastructure across fixed and mobile technologies, across
resources, customers and services to allow for unified customer
management. Included in the report are brief descriptions of the
key capabilities and positioning of emerging vendors, including
Ontology Systems, in the CEM solutions domain from an OSS/BSS
perspective.</p>

<p>Benedict Enweani, CEO and founder of Ontology Systems,
commented: "Gartner clearly recognises the challenges faced by CSPs
in leveraging their OSS/BSS to better understand and manage
customers. Ontology 3 was designed to enable CSPs to search and

<p>Enweani continued: "We believe inclusion in this report is a
great affirmation of our product and a huge testament to what we
have achieved in such short time."</p>

<p>Four key finding of the report are:</p>

<ul>
<li>CSPs give top priority to customer experience improvement
initiatives as a means to retain customers, reduce churn, stimulate
usage and attract new customers based on user recommendations.</li>

<li>Customer experience should prompt CSPs to remove organizational
and systems silos between OSS and BSS, and CRM.</li>

<li>Network-facing OSS and customer-facing BSS and CRM systems need
to work in a federated fashion to positively affect the quality of
experience.</li>

<li>CSPs need to exploit the wealth of technical and commercial
data they possess, cohesively shared as part of enterprise wide
initiatives.</li>
</ul>

Enweani, in the Delivering Agility to your IT &amp; Operations
Forum on the main conference agenda.</p>

<p>The presentation on Tuesday, September 20th, taking
place between 2.40pm and 3.00pm, is entitled: '<em>Examining how
Telkom SA has accelerated their network and customer system
transformations by successfully aligning and migrating legacy
network systems</em>'.</p>

<p>The case study details how Telkom SA, along with Ontology, was
able to:</p>

<ul>
<li>Achieve a rapid and accurate alignment of data across multiple
network systems to speed a strategic network OSS and customer BSS
transformation.</li>

<li>Align multiple networking inventory systems to provide a
single, unified network inventory master data hub.</li>

<li>Understand how the use of semantic search minimized the risk of
a large transformation by lowering the cost and uncertainty of
legacy migration.</li>

<li>Describe the advantages of using semantics instead of
traditional data extraction, transformation and migration tools to
converge data from disparate network systems.</li>
</ul>

<p>London, UK - 17 May, 2011: Today, Ontology Systems
(www.ontology.com), the semantic search technology provider for
Enterprise Data Alignment, announces a new release of its product,
Ontology 3. Previously known as OSS/CAD and now in its third
generation, the new release focuses on user experience by
delivering significant ease of use and deployment features with
user friendly tools to empower business users and out-of-the-box
functionality to speed OSS/BSS deployments.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br />
<br />
 <strong>Ontology 3 SiFi and new end user features</strong><br />
 With Ontology 3, business end users (such as operations, planning
or revenue assurance professionals) can now to construct their own
relationship-based queries to semantically search across separate
commercial, operational and infrastructure IT systems&nbsp; without
the help of IT.&nbsp; This unique web-based tool, known as SiFi
(Semantic Information Finder), places the power of semantic search
into the hands of the business users who need to find how
customers, services and network assets are actually configured in
their OSS/BSS.<br />
<br />
 For example, a finance users might want to search for customers
who have ceased their services but are still benefiting from
connected equipment, a customer care user might want to search on
behalf of a unsatisfied customer to see if their planned services
match their currently deployed infrastructure, and an IT architect
involved in a transformation might want to search for live
customers that are still dependent on a soon-to-be-decommissioned
system.</p>

<p><br />
 End users will also see new and improved tools to enable them to
more easily access and manage data issues, exceptions, reports and
dashboard views, further decreasing their dependency on IT to
configure and perform semantic searches on their OSS/BSS
data.<br />
<br />
 Benedict Enweani, Ontology's CEO commented:&nbsp; "Over the past
eighteen months we have seen a huge take up of Ontology by service
providers who seek new way of stopping revenue leakages, improving
service management and simply joining up and aligning data across
their OSS/BSS estates."&nbsp; Enweani continued: "With increasing
number of deployments, we have been able to gain feedback on how
our customer's IT staff, our SI partners deployment staff and the
actual end users wanted to interact with Ontology.&nbsp; Empowering
end users to perform their own semantic searches and empowering IT
to 'unwrap Ontology 3 and go', to speed deployments, were both high
on the list."</p>

<p>Martina Kurth, Gartner stated: "I expect to see more demand for
universal solutions spanning end-to-end OSS and BSS processes. CSPs
must achieve more flexible management of complex, heterogeneous
data."</p>

<p><strong>Ontology 3 Out-of-the-box functionality for OSS/BSS
deployments</strong><br />
 As well as empowering end users, Ontology has added new
capabilities to OntoScope, the web-based user interface for end
user applications, which further accelerates the already rapid
deployment of Ontology 3.</p>

<ul>
<li><strong>Out-of-the-box unified network visualisation</strong> -
IT staff will be able to examine&nbsp; multi-technology networks
without involving any complex set up. The feature&nbsp; uses OSS
data from different NMS and Discovery applications to provide a
single, visualization of the network.</li>

<li><strong>Out-of-the box multi-layer topology browser</strong> -
network operations and planning staff will be able to browse across
network layers to accelerate investigation of planned changes and
equipment failures.</li>

<li><strong>Data Uplift Assistant</strong> - The already rapid
implementation of Ontology is further sped by automating much of
the configuration necessary to search and classify data from common
types of sources such as files, spread sheets and databases.</li>
</ul>

<p><br />
 Leo Zancani, Ontology's CTO commented: "Having already established
Ontology as a superior tool for unifying and aligning OSS/BSS data
our design goal for Ontology 3 was to increase both the ease of use
and raw power of the solution. We are now supporting SI partners,
end users, and IT system administrators to achieve their
independent goals quickly and easily.<br />
<br />
 Ontology 3 adds further momentum to the rapid adoption of the
semantic search data alignment product across a wide range of
service providers who see Ontology as a viable alternative to
costly and inflexible OSS/BSS integrations. In many deployments,
Ontology has been successful in providing an aligned and unified
view of multiple different OSS/BSS data sources where previous
integration attempts have failed. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
 Nancee Ruzicka, Stratecast observed: "Stratecast has been tracking
Ontology's progress and included them in the Stratecast Rat Pack
Report - Ten to Watch for 2010. Ontology's use of semantics offers
a compelling alternative to service provides trying to unify their
OSS/BSS estates via traditional integration. Early results from
Ontology's customers should serve as a 'heads-up' to other
operators"<br />
<br />
<br />
 Ontology 3 will be made available to new and existing customers
throughout 2011, and will be showcased in the upcoming TM Forum
Management World conference in Dublin.</p>

About Ontology Systems - Leading service providers are using
Ontology to finally solve the problem of misaligned data across
their systems.&nbsp;&nbsp; Ontology's OSS/CAD gives them an aligned
view of their BSS/OSS data to resolve billing disputes, find
leaking revenue, notify customers of service faults and
configuration impacts, and automate stalled system migrations.</p>

<p>OSS/CAD aligns data with unprecedented speed and accuracy, and
at a fraction of the cost you would expect. The key to making it
possible is OSS/CAD's use of semantic technology, originally
developed for intelligence applications. It lets OSS/CAD build an
end-to-end aligned view of OSS, BSS and network data, from the
bottom up and without any disruption to existing systems.</p>

<p>London, UK - 26th October, 2010:&nbsp; As Ontology Systems
prepares for a busy show at AfricaCom 2010 in Cape Town next month
with a full agenda at the event, the increasing momentum of their
powerful semantic data alignment tool, OSS/CAD, is proving to be
the preferred solution African service providers are using OSS/CAD
to unify and align customers and services across their OSS/BSS.</p>

<p>Since its launch in May 2008, OSS/CAD has been deployed with
service provides in Africa including Internet Solutions and Neotel,
and is generating a huge amount of interest across the entire
region. Using powerful semantic technologies proven in fields such
as military intelligence, OSS/CAD is enabling CSPs to identify key
things in their OSS/BSS data (such as customers and services)
instead of simply matching strings - and&nbsp; without the delay,
risk and cost of a traditional integration..</p>

<p>Benedict Enweani, Ontology's CEO, commented: "We are pleased
that OSS/CAD is able to play such a key role for service providers
in the region and that the communications industry in Africa is
recognizing OSS/CAD's groundbreaking capabilities." Enweani
continued: "Few CSPs trust the integrity of their systems and, with
$20B being spent annually spent on integration projects, it is
clear that the traditional integration approach is just not keeping
up. OSS/CAD is dramatically reversing this trend, aligning and
joining existing raw dirty OSS/BSS data without the delay, risk and
cost of traditional integration."</p>

<p>During the conference this year Ontology executives will be
meeting with African service providers, vendors and industry
leaders throughout the conference.</p>

<p>Enweani concluded saying: "We are looking forward to meeting
communication industry leaders from across the region to further
understand their challenges and discussing how OSS/CAD can
help."</p>

<p>About Ontology Systems<br />
 Few CSPs trust the integrity of their systems.&nbsp; Simple
questions like: What has my customer actually been sold?&nbsp;
Which services are they supposed to be using? What really depends
upon this asset? have proved remarkably difficult to reliably
answer because the data needed is misaligned across a maze of
systems</p>

<p>$20B is annually spent on integration projects, and despite this
effort, $40B was lost to revenue leaks last year.&nbsp; It is clear
that the traditional integration approach is just not keeping
up.</p>

<p>Ontology's OSS/CAD is the solution. Using powerful semantic
technologies proven in fields such as military intelligence,
OSS/CAD identifies key things in OSS/BSS data (such as customers
and services) instead of simply matching strings. This lets OSS/CAD
align and join existing raw dirty data&nbsp; without the delay,
risk and cost of traditional integration.</p>

<p>London, UK: September 28, 2010 - Today, Ontology Systems
announce that MBNL (Mobile Broadband Network Limited) has selected
Ontology Systems' OSS/CAD to bring together data across NMS and OSS
systems from both MBNL's parent operators to enable the audit of
Iub configuration data quality and alignment and the Iub
configuration against standard configuration specifications for the
shared RAN infrastructure.</p>

<p>The solution, which models the interconnectivity between the
radio and transmission networks, provides fully integrated
alignment and quality views for the MBNL RAN Design team and
Ericsson Transmission Operations, Radio Operations and Data Quality
teams to find:</p>

<ul>
<li>Inconsistent or mis-keyed Iub configuration data in the network
and underlying source systems,</li>

<li>Configurations that do not comply with standard network designs
inconsistencies between the network and the inventory systems</li>
</ul>

<p>Additionally, the solution will easily and cost-effectively
scale to allow for future data quality and configuration audit
requirements, such as to include core and IP network
configuration.</p>

<p>Working closely with MBNL and Ericsson, Ontology Systems
configured and deployed the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution
bringing data together from 8 source systems within only 10 weeks.
It immediately began to identify configuration errors with
potential impacts to network performance and consequently, customer
experience.</p>

<p>Simon Kirby, MBNL's Operations Director, commented: "OSS/CAD has
enabled us to rapidly tackle and improve our configuration data
quality in a way that wasn't available to us before. It is rare
that an IT project can make such a direct, positive impact on the
customer experience."</p>

<p>Kirby continued: "OSS/CAD was the obvious solution for this
project. Working with Ontology to build an end-to-end view of our
RAN network was fast and easy. The rapid deployment and SaaS
pricing made the entire project a low risk option, allowing us to
tackle this complex problem without a CAPEX cost."</p>

<p>Benedict Enweani, Ontology's CEO added: "We are privileged to be
working with MBNL on their world-leading RAN share.&nbsp;&nbsp;
This project illustrates that Ontology's semantic innovations apply
as readily to complex mobile networks as has already been
demonstrated by Ontology's optical and IP reference customer
deployments.&nbsp; There is simply no network, big or small, that
cannot benefit from Ontology's approach. There now exists a proven
alternative to the inflexibility of current data federation
technologies and the risk and cost traditionally associated with
large transformation programs. The rapid deployment and fast
results at MBNL are another example of the power and simplicity of
OSS/CAD."</p>

<p>This year's awards attracted hundreds of nominations from the
readers of Global Telecoms Business for the industry's most
innovative projects. The winners, as selected by the judging panel,
represent the most innovative projects in the industry
worldwide.</p>

<p>The award entry itself was based on the cutting-edge work of a
team from both BT and Ontology Systems. They used OSS/CAD to tackle
the tough challenges in planning migrations from legacy to next
generation products and services - in particular understanding the
mass of data around products, systems, networks, customers, and
processes which may be held in a large number of legacy systems.
They started by using OSS/CAD to discover and model dependencies
among products, processes, systems, networks and customers. Once
they had a model, OSS/CAD showed them the knock-on effects of
product migration, letting them play through "what-if" scenarios to
determine the optimal order of migration steps to a strategic
target.</p>

<p>John Wittgreffe, Corporate ICT Chief Researcher, BT Innovate and
Design commented: "The Global Telecoms Business Innovation Awards
are a great platform to showcase new and innovative methodologies
and technologies that can impact business, and this win shows the
ingenuity of the team and the importance of tools such as OSS/CAD
to tackle&nbsp; complex problems in a new and exciting way. Our
solution revealed benefits to the planning stage including 30%-80%
cost reduction, improved data cleansing and a trusted one-truth
model, and importantly shorter planning times which bring forward
the ultimate benefits of any migration exercise.&nbsp; This
comfortably surpassed all the other manual- and tool-based methods
attempted."</p>

<p>Nektarios Georgalas, Corporate ICT Principal Researcher, BT
Innovate and Design, added: "Delivering successful complex
transformations quickly and cost-effectively is instrumental for
growth in a recessionary market. With Ontology's OSS/CAD, our
toolset maximises ROI and reduces migration risk by letting us:</p>

<ul>
<li>track complex element dependencies,</li>

<li>analyse "what-if" scenarios,</li>

<li>make decisions with full knowledge of customer impact,</li>

<li>avoid conflicts and inefficiencies by harmoniously and
optimally planning parallel migration activities.</li>
</ul>

<p>As a result we can deliver multi-million transformations
right-first-time, faster and with significant cost savings. It
means we improve our margins and focus our newly-transformed
operations on core revenue-generating activities much earlier."</p>

<p>Benedict Enweani, CEO, Ontology Systems concluded: "We are
pleased that OSS/CAD is able to play such a key role in the BT
toolset, and that the communications industry has now recognised
OSS/CAD's groundbreaking capabilities. Together, BT and Ontology
have demonstrated that OSS/CAD's use of semantics to federate and
search legacy systems achieves, in a few weeks, what would have
required many months to accomplish with traditional approaches.
This presents to service providers the first practical
product-based alternative to big-bang integration, and it addresses
their need to better understand and manage complex OSS/BSS
infrastructures."</p>

<p>In presenting the Awards, Alan Burkitt-Gray, editor of Global
Telecoms Business, commented: "This is the fourth time we've run
our Innovation Awards and each year we've seen that the industry is
working harder and harder to deliver exciting and innovative
services to its customers worldwide. Congratulations to all the
award winners. The industry is seeing a wave of innovation which is
making a huge difference - to the companies working in the industry
and to all of us in business and as consumers. They are making such
a difference to the world. We want to celebrate what they are
doing."</p>

<p><strong class="pink">New industry research highlights just how
much dirty data is killing CSP efficiency, causing revenue leakage
and disrupting both customer experience and service
management.</strong></p>

<p>London, UK and Nice, France - May 18th, 2010: Today, Ontology
Systems announce the results of research carried out in April this
year by Telesperience, the independent telecom and IT analysts.
Data misalignment has long been recognized as a chronic problem for
CSPs running large OSS/BSS infrastructure. Telesperience's research
reveals just how widespread a problem it is and how difficult it is
to solve.</p>

<p>Data misalignment can be defined to mean: "A situation where
software solutions either cannot get the data they need when they
need it or else cannot rely on the data being accurate, both of
which affect the solution's performance".</p>

<p>&nbsp;The highlights of the research are:</p>

<p>Data misalignment kills CSP efficiency.</p>

<ul>
<li>96% of CSPs surveyed suffer operational or financial impacts
from misaligned data</li>
</ul>

<p>Customer experience and service management suffer.</p>

<ul>
<li>75% find that data misalignment damages their customers'
experience&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<p>Revenue leaks are a direct result.</p>

<ul>
<li>75% need to align their data to improve billing accuracy</li>
</ul>

<p>Most significantly, 0% of the CSPs surveyed have solved the data
misalignment problem: 42% saying it's too expensive, and over 50%
saying it's too complex and they can't find effective tools.</p>

<p>Teresa Cottam, Research and Publications Director at
Telesperience who carried out the research comments: "The
overwhelming message from the research was that CSPs told us
solving data misalignment would help them tackle their key revenue
management, service management and customer experience goals, yet
no CSP in the sample had solved the data misalignment problem
citing cost and lack of available tools as the main
barriers."&nbsp;</p>

<p>The research reveals the following data misalignment trends:</p>

<ul>
<li>96% of respondents said they suffer operational or financial
impacts resulting from data misalignment</li>

<li>75% said data misalignment damages customer experience</li>

<li>75% said it prevents or delays full automation</li>

<li>63% said it drives up customer complaints</li>

<li>96% said solving the problem would have a positive impact on
their customers</li>

<li>58% said they are continually trying to fix it...</li>
</ul>

<p>...yet no CSP in the sample has solved it to date, with:</p>

<ul>
<li>58% saying it is too complex a problem</li>

<li>54% saying tools they have tried aren't effective</li>

<li>42% saying it is too expensive</li>

<li>37% saying they spend more than USD500,000 on tackling it</li>
</ul>

<p>Cottam noted: "The extent and impact of data misalignment upon
CSPs' business was worryingly high with 96% of respondents saying
they did suffer either operational or commercial impacts from
poorly aligned data." Cottam continues:&nbsp; "Interestingly, those
spending the most on fixing data misalignment were not the biggest
CSPs, but instead those with 1-10 million subscribers who accounted
for 56% of those spending more than USD500,000".</p>

<p>Benedict Enweani, Ontology's CEO, comments: "The research
highlights the scale and size of the problems caused by misaligned
data and the challenges that CSPs face trying to unleash the value
in their OSS/BSS data." Enweani continues: "From the get go, we
knew that traditional tools and approaches would be costly to
deploy and ultimately have very little impact.&nbsp; For this very
reason, when we developed OSS/CAD, we turned to the field of
semantics and ontologies as the only cost-effective and capable
method of tackling data misalignment in complex systems such as
OSS/BSS."</p>

<p><br />
Enweani concludes: "Today, experience with our customers who use
OSS/CAD's semantic engine to fix data misalignment and tackle
OSS/BSS complexity, shows that they are able to align data and keep
it aligned, stop revenue leaks and find stranded assets, manage
services with confidence, and accelerate and unblock failing
transformations.&nbsp; They are managing it with unprecedented
speed and, according to the results of the survey, at a fraction of
the cost of other CSPs."</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p><br />
Notes to editors:<br />
To carry out the research, Telesperience spoke to 24 service
providers of various types (fixed/wireless, mobile/wireline,
multi-service operator and ISP) and various sizes (from those with
less than one million subscribers to those with over 40 million).
Research participants came from many geographical markets
including: Northern &amp; Western Europe, Middle East &amp; Africa,
Central &amp; Southern Asia, North America, Asia Pacific, and
Central &amp; Eastern Europe. The core of this sample was
multi-service operators.</p>

<p>London 6th May, 2010 - Ontology Systems prepares for a busy show
at Management World 2010 in Nice next month with a full agenda at
the event and ever increasing momentum as OSS/CAD is rapidly
becoming an unstoppable force in tackling OSS/BSS misalignment.</p>

<p>Building up to the conference in Nice, Ontology has announced
new customer deployments, received strong endorsement from industry
analysts and Ontology's Flagship product, OSS/CAD, has been short
listed for several awards.</p>

<p>New Customers<br />
A few weeks ago Ontology announced OSS/CAD was successfully
deployed as a Service Management solution by Telenor Denmark.
Ontology Systems' semantic application is being used to align and
unify data from 9 existing OSS and Network systems across Telenor's
Mobile, Optical, and IP infrastructure.&nbsp; In February, Neotel,
South Africa's first converged telecommunications network operator,
chose OSS/CAD to dynamically join, align and present customer,
service, and infrastructure data from existing IT systems to allow
Neotel to lower OPEX and speed migrations through a fully aligned
service view.</p>

<p>Industry Analyst Recognition<br />
In April Gartner featured Ontology Systems as one of only 4 vendors
in their most recent "Cool Vendors in Telecom Operations Management
Systems, 2010" report.&nbsp; In February this year Ontology was
named as one of the "Global OSS/BSS Rat Pack - Stratecast's 10 To
Watch in 2010". Stratecast's OSS/BSS Global Competitive Strategies
analysis service define the OSS/BSS Rat Pack to include small,
agile, hungry, well-managed companies that are experiencing success
despite the changing global economy and rapid evolution within the
telecommunications industry.&nbsp; And in March this year OSS/CAD
was featured in Heavy Reading Services Software Insider Report:
"Beyond CRM: Customer Experience Management".</p>

<p>Award Nominations<br />
OSS/CAD has enjoyed several recent award nominations.&nbsp; In the
TM Forum Excellence Awards 2010 OSS/CAD is the application at the
centre of BT's "Semantic Toolset to Optimise Business
Transformations" nomination in the TM Forum Business Innovation
Award category. The winners will be announced at Management World
conference this month.<br />
&nbsp;<br />
Ontology at Management World 2010<br />
During the conference this year Ontology will be speaking at and
chairing conference sessions.&nbsp; Most notably, Benedict Enweani,
Ontology's CEO and co-founder, will be speaking alongside John
Wittgreffe, Chief Researcher, Corporate ICT Services Practice, BT
Research and Technology, in a session entitled "Semantic Toolset to
Optimise Business Transformations".&nbsp; Benedict will also be

<p>London, UK, April 20, 2010 - Today, Ontology Systems announces
that European telecommunications and internet service provider,
Telenor Denmark, has chosen Ontology Systems' OSS/CAD to
dynamically join, align and present customer, service, network and
infrastructure data from 9 existing OSS and Network systems.&nbsp;
The resulting fully integrated service view provides Telenor
Denmark with better control and understanding of Network Change
Management, enabling industry-leading enterprise service management
and customer notification capabilities.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Telenor Denmark operates complex, interdependent transmission,
mobile and IP networks on which Telenor carries out frequent and
regular network equipment maintenance.&nbsp; Before any maintenance
activities can be performed Telenor needs to understand the
potential customer impact associated with physical or logical
changes.&nbsp; Prior to implementing OSS/CAD, a large&nbsp; team of
planning and customer service staff&nbsp; exhaustively analyzed
each change by interrogating multiple interfaces across 9 NMSs, CRM
and other OSS systems to understand which customer services would
be affected by the changes before&nbsp; notifying the customer of
the planned maintenance. In difficult cases, this process could
take over a week to complete. OSS/CAD has completely automated this
process, providing immediacy, reliability, and repeatability.</p>

<p>Telenor had been tracking the market success of Ontology
Systems' OSS/CAD product since its introduction in May 2008.&nbsp;
In late 2009, Telenor started the CNS (Customer Notification
Systems) project to align the data in the four underlying NMSs,
with data in the CRM, IP/MPLS activation and Mobile Site Lifecycle
Management systems.&nbsp; The implementation was completed in just
18 weeks, following access to the data contained in the underlying
systems. The CNS tool is now live and is accurately answering

globe including South African based converged services provider,
Internet Solutions.&nbsp;&nbsp; Richard Askham, Senior Operations
Manager - Systems at Internet Solutions commented: "We originally
embraced OSS/CAD over 2 years ago and have continually increased
its use across our OSS/BSS estate.&nbsp; We have recently deployed
OSS/CAD in an OSS data integrity application to detect and rectify
misaligned systems, misused and unused assets and thus speed our
path towards end-to-end service management."&nbsp; Askham
continued: "We have worked closely with Ontology and the new
features in OSS/CAD 2.5 enable us to get even more value to our
business out of the product."</p>

<p>Nancee Ruzicka, Sr. Research Analyst - OSS/BSS Global
Competitive Strategies at Stratecast has kept a close eye on the
rapid progress made by Ontology: "OSS/CAD 2.5 is one of a new breed
of applications that change the way CSPs can leverage their OSS/BSS
investments.&nbsp; By using semantics and ontologies to dynamically
align OSS/BSS data, OSS/CAD 2.5 can offer CSPs a radically
different approach to Revenue Assurance, Service and Customer
Management, as well as the ultimate Transformations."<br />

<p><strong>London, November 18th, 2009 - Today Ontology Systems
announces that OSS/CAD, the groundbreaking application that uses
ontologies to unify OSS/BSS and infrastructure, is integral to BT's
successful IET Innovation Awards 2009 entry: Semantic Tool to
Accelerate Migration of Telecommunications Products and
Systems.&nbsp; The project has been selected as a finalist for the
Telecommunications category of the IET Innovation Awards
2009.</strong></p>

<p><br />
 The IET Innovation Awards celebrate the products, technologies and
processes that lead the way in engineering innovation. The awards
are judged by engineering experts and recognise the depth of
innovative work being carried out across all areas of engineering
and technology.<br />
 The BT award entry was based on the team's experiences of using
OSS/CAD to discover and model dependencies among products,
processes, systems, networks and customers. OSS/CAD then enables
the understanding of the knock-on effect and impacts of product
migration to conduct "what-if" scenario analysis and determine
optimal order of migration steps.</p>

<p>John Wittgreffe, Chief Researcher, Corporate ICT Practice in BT
commented: <span class="pink">"The IET Innovation Awards are a
great platform to showcase new and innovative technology that can
impact business, and this finalist place shows both the ingenuity
of OSS/CAD and the ability of BT Research &amp; Technology to
tackle such a complex problem in a new and exciting
way."</span></p>

<p>Nektarios Georgalas , Principal Researcher, Corporate ICT
Practice in BT added: <span class="pink">"The objective of using
OSS/CAD is to simplify the migration process, save money by
minimising iterations and achieve the most accurate migration
impact analysis. By using semantics to describe the full meaning of
entities, OSS/CAD was able to provide more complete descriptions of
product and system dependencies, thus reducing the number of
iterative consultations with the experts."</span></p>

<p>Georgalas continued: <span class="pink">"OSS/CAD is able to
discover hidden dependencies, which would otherwise go missing.
OSS/CAD can very flexibly support changes to the dependency model
with minimal impact on the integrated data. It also provides
advanced facilities to visualise dependencies, so decision makers
can very easily run "what-if" migration scenarios and weigh their
options forward."</span></p>

<p>Benedict Enweani, CEO, Ontology Systems concluded: <span
class="pink">"We are pleased that OSS/CAD is able to play such a
key role in the BT project and that the overall innovation has been
recognised by the IET. OSS/CAD is rapidly becoming a tool of choice
for Telecom operators and service providers who need to better
understand and manage their complex OSS/BSS
infrastructures."</span></p>

<p>The IET Innovation Awards 2009 will take place on 25th November
2009 at the Nursery Pavilion, Lord's Cricket Ground, London.&nbsp;

<p class="redsubheading">Taming the OSS/BSS Beast - Exploiting
Existing Solutions and Data to Deliver Results</p>

<p><strong>New report tackles the issues resulting from OSS/BSS
complexity and examines how four CSPs solved these problems using
Ontology.</strong></p>

<p>London, November 4, 2009 - Today, Ontology Systems announce a
custom report that describes the challenges faced by service
providers as they undertake efforts to improve both OSS/BSS
processes and solutions.&nbsp; It examines the unique approach
offered by Ontology Systems that can rapidly and inexpensively
utilize existing systems and data to further those efforts, ease
the transition to next generation service delivery, and make better
use of existing OSS/BSS.&nbsp; The report concludes with profiles
of four service providers that are addressing urgent operational
issues using the Ontology solution.</p>

<p>In setting the scene for the custom report, entitled 'Taming the
OSS/BSS Beast - Exploiting Existing Solutions and Data to Deliver
Results'*, Nancee Ruzicka, Sr. Research Analyst - OSS/BSS Global
Competitive Strategies at Stratecast noted: "Communication Service
Provider business realities are changing rapidly.&nbsp; The
opportunity to deliver new, innovative services is limited largely
by the ability of the business to create, manage, and bill for
them.&nbsp; Delays in bringing new products to market are no longer
network issues.&nbsp; Rather, the focus has shifted to the OSS/BSS
platforms and the business functions that they support."</p>

<p><br />
 In the report Ruzicka quickly cuts to the OSS/BSS complexity
issues: "As a result of the continuous deployment of OSS/BSS stacks
to support new services, there are multiple systems collecting,
storing, and acting on the same data.&nbsp; There are multiple
instances of each customer, service, configuration, and
transaction.&nbsp; This data is often not aligned or reconciled and
quickly becomes inaccurate.&nbsp; So, in addition to multiple
instances of data, it is entirely likely that much of the data is
wrong.&nbsp; Add to that the hundreds of customized interfaces that
require continuous maintenance, modification, and testing and this
approach cannot be sustained."</p>

<p>The report singles out key instances where the ability to
consolidate and accurately align OSS/BSS data is critical to
customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and/or cost
reduction.&nbsp; Problem areas include:</p>

<ul>
<li>Revenue leakage</li>

<li>Fraud</li>

<li>Service management and SLAs</li>

<li>Order orchestration</li>

<li>Service inventory reconciliation</li>

<li>Impact analysis and fault prioritization</li>

<li>Customer support and outage notification</li>

<li>Change management</li>

<li>Unified topology views for planning and design</li>

<li>Stranded assets.</li>
</ul>

<p><br />
 Benedict Enweani, Ontology's CEO, commented: "The report is a
great opportunity to share our experience over the past year with
fixed line, mobile and next generation carriers who have used
OSS/CAD to rapidly and inexpensively utilized existing OSS/BSS
systems and data to ease the transition to next generation service
delivery, as well as make better use of their existing
OSS/BSS."</p>

<p><br />
 Ruzicka neatly sums up the report by concluding: "Whether managing
a transformation or solving pressing service management or revenue
assurance problems, balance between long-term strategies and
short-term pain is a must.&nbsp; The Ontology OSS/CAD solution is
an affordable, reliable tool that can be quickly implemented and
rapidly delivers results using existing OSS/BSS systems and
data.&nbsp; Deploying a new system to address every new function or
problem feeds the OSS/BSS monster rather than taming the
beast."</p>

<p>Semantic data alignment solution achieves continuous tracking of
critical OSS and BSS systems to solve customer service and revenue
assurance challenges and delivers OPEX cost reduction.</p>

<p><br />
 London, UK, September 1st, 2009 - Today, Ontology Systems, the
company behind the ground breaking OSS/CAD application, announce
that Internet Solutions, the South African based Converged
Communication Services Provider, has extended the footprint of
Ontology Systems' OSS/CAD1 to automate a pre-existing manual Data
Integrity and Data Alignment project to deliver dramatic results by
the automation, correction and continuous monitoring of critical
OSS and BSS systems aligning thousands of complex enterprise
customers.</p>

<p>The new extension, which took just over a month to finish,
aligns data in five key OSS and BSS systems - CRM, Network
Discovery, Circuit Inventory, IP Services Inventory and Data Centre
Service Inventory - to provide an accurate picture of what services
are being delivered to each and every enterprise customer.</p>

<p>The OSS/CAD solution has been hailed by Internet Solutions as
not just an astonishing breakthrough in customer and service
management, but a major competitive advantage for Internet
Solutions to deliver automated correction and continuous monitoring
for cross-OSS and BSS Data Alignment, Service Management, Revenue
Assurance and Risk Management (fraud and exposure).</p>

<p>Daniel Schultz, Manager of Voice, Billing and Provisioning at
Internet Solutions stated: "Given our rapid growth in customers and
the expansion and migration of our infrastructure we understand the
challenge of keeping enterprise customer, service and
infrastructure data accurate and aligned across the silos.&nbsp;
The cost consequences of misalignment affect revenue, risk and
service management and are just too important to ignore.&nbsp;
Unfortunately, a single complex customer audit can take weeks to
manually perform, so we were looking for a faster result."</p>

<p>Schultz continued: "The solution to the problem was already
within our grasp, OSS/CAD had been previously deployed for SIA and
all we had to do was simply extend OSS/CAD's' deployment; it took
less than a month to deploy. OSS/CAD automates and operationalises
our manual audit process, improving efficiency, quality and
customer satisfaction and dramatically lowering OPEX. "</p>

<p><br />
 Benedict Enweani, Ontology's CEO added: "OSS/CAD's semantic
approach to data alignment is unique in the Telco industry and its
deployment at Internet Solutions underlines the fact that OSS/CAD
is a disruptive application for driving down the cost of core OSS/
BSS estates."</p>

<p>Enweani continued: "When Internet Solutions told us that they
wanted to expand their OSS/CAD deployment we were delighted.&nbsp;
OSS/CAD is intended to be an agile, bottom-up solution and this
project shows how the semantic approach can rapidly address issues
across technical and commercial boundaries.&nbsp; OSS/CAD is now
detecting the data misalignments that cause: duplicated customer
records, over and under billing, stranded assets and poor
correspondence between service definitions and network
configuration.&nbsp;&nbsp; Additionally, OSS/CAD has improved the
integrity of the IT systems by providing an effective way to
reconfirm lost or corrupted service tags and unique keys."</p>

<p>Richard Askham, Senior Operations Manager - Systems, Internet
Solutions concluded: "Internet Solutions has grown rapidly from an
ISP to become South Africa's premier Converged Communication
Services Provider.&nbsp; The challenge of managing sophisticated
services running over converged IP/MPLS networks and Data Center
infrastructures, with COTS systems, is very difficult. Our original
decision to select Ontology Systems' OSS/CAD has provided us with a
unique capability to understand and manage this complexity and grow
in use as we tackle more and more services related challenges."</p>

<p>OSS/CAD is running live at Internet Solutions today across the
OSS and BSS estate.</p>

<p>London, UK, July 6th, 2009 - Today, Ontology Systems, the
company behind the ground breaking OSS/CAD Revenue Assurance and
Service Management application, and CACI, the IT and OSS/BSS
solutions provider to the telecommunications service provider
community, announce a new partnership to provide a radically
new&nbsp; Service Management solution for OSS/BSS systems used by
telecommunications operators and service providers.</p>

<p>Based on OSS/CAD, Ontology's semantics-based application, the
joint solution will use existing "raw and dirty" OSS/BSS systems
data to rapidly find the implied model relating customers, services
and network assets.&nbsp;&nbsp; The solution, which can be deployed
in just several weeks, finds alignments that unify the separate
OSS/BSS silos, and simultaneously identify the misalignments
ultimately caused by poor data quality. The solution then runs
continuously to spot data misalignments.</p>

<p>The partnership was formed as part of&nbsp; the successful
deployment of OSS/CAD for QinetiQ (see QinetiQ selects Ontology

<p><span class="redsubheading">Ontology's application to provide
key service assurance for MoD's Enabling Secure Information
Infrastructure programme</span></p>

<p><br />
Nice, France, May 6th, 2009 - Today at Management World 2009
conference, Ontology Systems, the company behind the ground
breaking OSS/CAD service management application, announce that
international defence and security technology company QinetiQ has
selected OSS/CAD to provide key service assurance functionality for
the UK Ministry of Defence's Enabling Secure Information
Infrastructure (ESII) programme, for which QinetiQ is the lead
services provider.</p>

<p>OSS/CAD will be integrated into the overall ESII programme being
delivered to the MoD to create a service assurance environment in
which key user services can be managed across a federated
heterogeneous policy-driven network of networks.&nbsp; This will
provide a service management capability to monitor and manage the
user experience, and actively validate the application of new
network policies across wideband mobile communications and
infrastructure.</p>

<p>The ESII programme seeks to provide the UK MoD with a flexible
method of obtaining cost-effective and timely research into the key
issues relating to delivery of the Global Information
Infrastructure. . The overall multi-million pound programme
delivers research, analysis and experimentation on behalf of the
MoD to mature solution concepts that technically derisk the
construction of a managed system for a group of complex networks
that is both resilient and capable of resisting network attack.</p>

<p>Martin Huddleston, QinetiQ's Management Systems Technical Leader
for the ESII programme commented: "OSS/CAD's unique use of semantic
technology and ontologies will provide a high degree of agility and
flexibility in bringing together data from a variety of
heterogeneous network and operational support systems to form a
virtual unified service model of the operational environment. In
addition to the core application and software configuration
capabilities Ontology Systems provides, being UK based was another
important element in their selection."</p>

<p>Ontology Systems' CEO, Benedict Enweani added: "We are pleased
to be able to bring the benefits of OSS/CAD to QinetiQ and MoD in
such a challenging deployment environment.&nbsp; OSS/CAD's
capability to rapidly align multiple heterogeneous systems will
deliver service management benefits that include a lower cost of
ownership, the highest level of agility and the ability to embrace
ongoing changes in the overall systems.."</p>

<p>The engagement is progressing to schedule with the service
management capability ready for demonstration to the MoD in June
2009.</p>

<p><strong>New report highlights benefits of semantic-led approach
to Service Management for Telecoms Service
Providers</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<p>London, April 21,&nbsp; 2009&nbsp; - Today, Ontology Systems,
the company behind the ground breaking OSS/CAD service management
application,&nbsp; announce a custom publication , which examines a
semantics and ontology-led approach to deliver a unified service
model that solves the problem of service provider's siloed OSS/BSS
infrastructure data.</p>

<p>In light of the current economic challenges, communications
service providers (CSPs) are reducing their capex budgets to align
with lower revenue growth expectations.&nbsp; With expensive
transformation exercises currently on hold, CSPs and managed
service providers are looking for an alternative low-risk
incremental path toward a unified service model and the service
management and OPEX cost reduction activities that it enables.</p>

<p>In the custom report, entitled 'Use semantics to deliver
flexible Service Management and avoid the risks within OSS/BSS
Transformations'*, Yankee Group looks at CSPs' current operational
issues, takes a deep dive on a unique alternate semantic-based
approach toward achieving a unified virtual service model, and
investigates how such an approach can enable customer-centricity by
solving the problem of siloed infrastructure data.</p>

<p>In the report, Arindam Banerjee, Yankee Group vice president
commented: "Not surprisingly, the inability to have a common view
of customers, lack of tailored service delivery and business
process inconsistency are the top reasons that hamper service
providers from rolling out innovative services."</p>

<p>The report highlights key challenges faced by CSPs trying to
achieve the related goals of data integration, a unified service
model and end-to-end service management.&nbsp; The report goes on
to define the advantages of the semantic-based approach used within
Ontology's OSS/CAD service management application to meet these
challenges. These advantages include:</p>

<ul>
<li>
<div>Agile control of OSS/BSS systems</div>
</li>

<li>
<div>Improved data integrity and correct alignment of siloed
systems</div>
</li>

<li>
<div>Cost and revenue-based service impact analysis and job
prioritization</div>
</li>

<li>
<div>Improved management of the customer experience</div>
</li>

<li>
<div>Provides revenue assurance</div>
</li>

<li>
<div>Credible alternative to BSS/OSS systems replacement and large
transformation projects</div>
</li>

<li>
<div>Defers capex via extension of legacy system life cycle</div>
</li>

<li>
<div>Provides a single view of services enabling service
transparency.</div>
</li>
</ul>

<p>Benedict Enweani, Ontology Systems' CEO, commented: "The report
backs our experience over the past year with fixed line, mobile and
next generation carriers who have used OSS/CAD to build and deliver
OSS Service Management applications."</p>

<p>The report concludes, "Service providers can combine semantics
with domain-specific knowledge to interpret the validity, usability
and integrity of data across their OSS and BSS infrastructure.
OSS/CAD gives service providers an incremental, practical way to
avoid development costs associated with OSS transformation projects
by providing a radically different way to interpret and query their
data. Ontology's unique approach will help CSPs by providing them
seamless service modeling and service management capability in an
agile, cost-effective manner."</p>

<p><span>London, UK, July 10, 2008 -</span> <span>Richard Askham,
Senior Operations Manager - Systems at Internet Solutions,</span>
<span></span><span>the South African based Converged Communication
Services Provider,</span> <span>has teamed up with Benedict
Enweani, CEO of Ontology Systems, to share their experience of a
smooth path to NGOSS through agile virtual service models with the
audience at the TM Forum's inaugural Management World Africa
conference in Johannesburg, South Africa on July 14-17,
2008.&nbsp;</span> <span>&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span>The joint presentation, entitled 'Case Study: Smoothing
the Path to NGOSS through agile virtual service models using a
practical semantic approach to legacy systems is scheduled for
Thursday, July 17 at 10am, and will show delegates how a new
project within Internet Solutions focuses on lean operations by
re-interpreting<span>&nbsp;</span> the fragmented and partially
overlapping data silos held in mission critical OSS/BSS systems as
a virtual semantic service model using Ontology
Systems'<span>&nbsp;</span> OSS/CAD™
product.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span> <span>&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span>With the use of OSS/CAD to improve the understanding and
management of key business and operational services, Internet
Solutions is at the forefront of applying ontologies and semantics
to deliver a breakthrough approach to reinterpret business,
operational and infrastructural data as a single, virtual Unified
Service Model.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span>
<span>&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span>Richard Askham, Senior Operations Manager - Systems,
Internet Solutions commented:</span> <span>"Internet Solutions has
grown rapidly from an ISP to become South Africa's premier

challenge of managing sophisticated services running over converged
IP/MPLS networks and Data Center infrastructures, with COTS
systems, is very difficult. Ontology System's OSS/CAD provides us
with a unique capability to understand and manage this
complexity."</span><span>&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span>The presentation will explain how the semantic approach
offers a way to deftly avoid obstacles presented by legacy silos
and naturally minimizes/removes the need to change existing
systems.</span><span>&nbsp;</span> <span>Delegates will learn about
the experiences gained applying the virtual model to delver data
integrity, runtime service-centric flexibility and Service Impact
Analysis (SIA).</span><span>&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><strong>London, UK, May 15, 2008</strong> - Internet Solutions,
the South African based Converged Communication Services Provider,
has chosen Ontology Systems' OSS/CAD to improve the understanding
and management of key business and operational services. OSS/CAD™
puts Internet Solutions at the forefront of applying ontologies and
semantics to deliver a breakthrough approach; reinterpreting
business, operational and infrastructural data as a single, virtual
Unified Service Model.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
 Richard Askham, Senior Operations Manager - Systems, Internet
Solutions commented: "Internet Solutions has grown rapidly from an
ISP to become South Africa's premier Converged Communication
Services Provider.&nbsp; The challenge of managing sophisticated
services running over converged IP/MPLS networks and Data Center
infrastructures, with COTS systems, is very difficult. Ontology
System's OSS/CAD provides us with a unique capability to understand
and manage this complexity."<br />
<br />
 Ontology and Internet Solutions collaborated to produce ontologies
describing models of delivered services both in terms of the
TeleManagement Forum's SID model and in terms of Internet
Solutions' own understanding of the structure of their
services.&nbsp; These models captured the specific service details
that differentiated Internet Solutions from competitors and
expressed the real implementation of the services in the underlying
physical and virtual infrastructure.<br />
<br />
 Ontology's OSS/CAD was able to interpret data from three initial
disparate, overlapping systems (a leading COTS topology discovery
tool, a leading COTS CRM system and a legacy, bespoke, in-house
developed inventory and configuration management system) through
these ontologies.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
 Planned rollouts will bring all of the key business and
operational services within OSS/CAD's view. As a result, Internet
Solutions were able to "see" the data spread out over these systems
as coherent modeled services - both modeled in terms of the SID,
and in terms more readily familiar to their operations staff.<br />
<br />
 Askham added: "We originally chose OSS/CAD for Service Impact, but
we quickly realized that OSS/CAD could deliver a virtual unified
service model without the pain and inflexibility of traditional
integration methods.&nbsp; With OSS/CAD, we are can change our
services and components, without fear of 'breaking' the OSS."<br />
<br />
 Benedict Enweani, CEO of Ontology commented: "OSS/CAD has enabled
Internet Solutions to understand and maximise the value of the data
within the infrastructure of their operational support systems." He
added: "This virtual Unified Service Model gives Internet Solutions
a single, transparent knowledge-based view of the services that run

Management and Change Management."&nbsp;<br />

<p><strong>London, UK, May 15, 2008</strong> - Ontology Systems
today announced its breakthrough OSS application, OSS/CAD™, which
radically simplifies the way in which service providers (ISPs, CSPs
and MSPs) manage and understand their operational systems.&nbsp;
Ontology's OSS/CAD is at the forefront of applying ontologies and
semantics to deliver a breakthrough approach by reinterpreting
business, operational and infrastructural data as a single, virtual
Unified Service Model.</p>

<p>This virtual Unified Service Model gives service providers a
single, transparent knowledge-based view of the services that run
across their systems.&nbsp; In turn, this provides a set of
applications which include Service Impact Analysis, Data Integrity
Management, Change Management.</p>

<p>Benedict Enweani, CEO of Ontology commented: "With increasingly
complex operational systems infrastructures, combined with markets
that are converging and growing in competitiveness, a service
provider is often paralysed by the complexity and cost of managing
their operational environments. When organisations do make changes
to their infrastructure, they are often high-risk, expensive and
result in failure."</p>

<p>OSS/CAD has already been proven in operation at Internet
Solutions, South Africa's premier Converged Communication Services
Provider.&nbsp; Richard Askham, Internet Solutions commented:&nbsp;
"Internet Solutions has grown rapidly from an ISP to become South
Africa's premier Converged Communication Services Provider.&nbsp;
The challenge of managing increasingly sophisticated services which
depend upon an infrastructure of IP/MPLS VPN networks, VoIP
servers, managed applications and data centers, with off the shelf
operational systems, is becoming a intractable. Ontology System's
OSS/CAD provides us with a unique capability to understand and
manage this complexity. "</p>

<p><br />
 OSS/CAD enables service providers to understand and maximise the
value of the data within the infrastructure of their operational
support systems. Inspired by the model-centric agility of CAD/CAM,
OSS/CAD provides a far easier way to utilize the data in both
current and legacy business, operations and infrastructural
systems.</p>

<p><br />
 Benedict Enweani, CEO of Ontology continued: "ISPs, CSPs and MSPs
alike, now have with a radical new way to interpret and query their
data. By using OSS/CAD the inflexibility of current data federation
technologies and the risk and cost traditionally associated with
'big bang' system transformation programmes can be avoided."</p>

<p><br />
 OSS/CAD is currently available to service providers and more
information can be found at Ontology's website, <a
